Interarch Ltd. with main office in Sofia, found in year 2003; branch office of architectural bureau Interarch Arkitektkontor AB - Malmö, Sweden – found in 1977.
Both enterprises are property of d-r arch. Vassil Makrelov – Swedish citizen of Bulgarian nationality.
The Bulgarian architectural bureau offers complex architectural services for local and foreign investors.
The company comprises a team of ambitious architects, outside collaborators and established partners.
Interarch Ltd. covers wide range of designing activities – urban planning, public and residential design, contemporary interior resolutions, project and building management.
Most of the elaborations of the bureau are realized as some of them are:
* 5 star hotel "Helios palace" – Sunny beach and built to it entertainment part.
* 4 star Park-hotel "Vitosha" - Sofia – won the prize of the National hotel and restaurant association in 2005.
* Balneohotel Pomorie – including sports and entertainment complex, 5 star hotel, football stadium with stands for spectators and a sport hall, specialized spa treatment and wellness recreational facilities, aqua centre with inner and outer pools.
The projects list of the bureau includes a large number of exteriors and interiors of office buildings and family houses. The interiors include exceptionally and luxury materials, combined in clear forms and style.

RIU Helios on top100 worl hotels 
“RIU Helios” Hotel situated in Sunny beach was awarded with the prestigious “TUI Holly 2008” and it is one of the 100 best hotels in the world. Over 15 000 international hotels participated in the famous competition.
The award is a proof of the professionalism that the management of “RIU Helios” Hotel has demonstrated, as well as the quality of tourism in our country – affirmed the critics.
